UC3525ADWTR Allgemeine Beschreibung

The UC3525ADWTR is a pulse width modulator integrated circuit that is part of the UC1525A/1527A series, which is engineered to offer improved performance and reduced external parts count for various switching power supply designs. Its on-chip 5.1-V reference is precision trimmed to 1%, ensuring accurate voltage regulation, while the error amplifier's input common-mode range includes the reference voltage, eliminating the need for external resistors. The sync input to the oscillator allows for the synchronization of multiple units or the synchronization of a single unit to an external system clock, providing flexibility in its application. With a wide range of dead-time adjustment through a single resistor and built-in soft-start circuitry requiring only an external timing capacitor, the UC3525ADWTR offers outstanding flexibility and ease of use. Additionally, its integrated shutdown terminal controls the soft-start circuitry and the output stages, enabling instantaneous turn off through the PWM latch with pulsed shutdown, as well as soft-start recycle with longer shutdown commands, further enhancing its functionality and control capabilities
