The UC3610N is a highly efficient eight-diode array specifically designed for high-current, low duty-cycle applications such as flyback voltage clamping for inductive loads. With its dual bridge connection, this device is ideal for use in bipolar driven stepper motors. The incorporation of Schottky diode technology ensures improved efficiency by reducing forward voltage drop and reverse recovery time. This monolithic chip is available in both hermetic CERDIP and copper-leaded plastic packages, catering to different environmental conditions. The UC1610 variant in ceramic is suitable for -55°C to 125°C environments, albeit with slightly lower peak current capability. On the other hand, the UC2610 comes in both plastic and ceramic options for -25°C to 125°C environments, also with reduced peak current capability. For those requiring higher current ratings, the UC3610 in plastic is the suitable choice for temperatures ranging from 0°C to 70°C
