The UC3843BD1013TR is part of the UC284xB family of control ICs, designed for off-line or DC to DC fixed frequency current mode control applications with a minimal external parts count. It features a trimmed oscillator for precise duty cycle control, under-voltage lockout with start-up current of less than 0.5mA, a precision reference at the error amp input, logic for latched operation, and a PWM comparator with current limit control. Its totem pole output stage can source or sink high peak current and is suitable for driving N-Channel MOSFETs, while being low in the off-state. The UC3843BD1013TR is part of a family with different under-voltage lockout thresholds and maximum duty cycle ranges, with the UC2842B and UC2844B suitable for off-line applications and the UC2843B and UC2845B offering different thresholds for specific operational needs
