The UCC2732x/UCC3732x family of high-speed drivers is designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern systems. With a peak drive current of 9 A and an industry standard pinout, these drivers are capable of driving the largest MOSFETs, making them ideal for applications with extreme Miller current due to high dV/dt transitions. By eliminating the need for additional external circuits and replacing multiple components, these drivers reduce space, design complexity, and assembly cost, offering a cost-effective solution for high-performance systems
