UCC27524 Allgemeine Beschreibung

The UCC27524 is a versatile dual-channel gate driver that offers high-speed performance for driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. With a design that prioritizes minimizing shoot-through current, this device can deliver peak current pulses of up to 5A source and sink into capacitive loads, all while providing rail-to-rail drive capability and an incredibly small propagation delay of typically 13 ns. Moreover, the matched internal propagation delays between channels make it ideal for applications requiring precise timing, such as synchronous rectifiers. Additionally, the UCC27524 features TTL and CMOS compatible low-voltage logic thresholds, ensuring reliable performance regardless of the VDD supply voltage
