UCC2913 Allgemeine Beschreibung

A key function of the UCC2913 is its internal timer, which limits the device's on-time in the event of a constant fault, thus preventing excessive power dissipation. The duty cycle of the circuit breaker adjusts dynamically based on the current flowing into the PL pin, effectively regulating the voltage across the FET and minimizing overall power dissipation. Moreover, the fault level is maintained at a low 50 mV across the current-sense resistor to reduce dropout, with the fault current level easily adjustable using an external current sense resistor
