The VIPER0PHDTR is a high-voltage converter that combines advanced features to deliver exceptional performance and efficiency. Equipped with an 800 V avalanche rugged power MOSFET and PWM current-mode control, this device can handle a wide input voltage range while reducing the size of the DRAIN snubber circuit. Its ability to meet strict energy-saving standards is attributed to its low power consumption and pulse frequency modulation under light load operation. The zero-power mode (ZPM) feature allows the IC to enter an idle state, shutting down the system when not in use to conserve energy. Additionally, the VIPER0PHDTR supports the design of flyback, buck, and buck boost converters, offering versatility and flexibility for various applications. With integrated HV startup, sense FET, error amplifier, and oscillator with jitter, this device simplifies the design process while ensuring reliable performance
