The ZSSC4175DE4R is a versatile CMOS integrated circuit designed by IDT for accurate amplification and correction of signals from thermocouple elements. Equipped with a 16-bit RISC microcontroller, this chip enables digital compensation of offset, sensitivity, temperature drift, and nonlinearity. Its non-volatile memory securely stores calibration coefficients and configuration data, ensuring reliability in automotive applications. Providing readings through a digital SENT interface, the ZSSC4175 supports transmission of thermocouple data via its Fast Channel and supplementary data through its SDM Channel, all with just one output pin. With support for end-of-line calibration via a One-Wire Interface, this chip offers simple and effective communication between the ZSSC4175 and calibration equipment, minimizing noise sensitivity and reducing assembly costs. Additionally, the ZSSC4175 is optimized for automotive environments with features like over-voltage and reverse-polarity protection, electromagnetic compatibility, and various diagnostic capabilities
