The V_CC isolation feature of the SN74LVCH16T245 guarantees that all outputs remain in a high-impedance state if any V_CC input is grounded. This ensures operational safety and stability, with the bus-hold circuitry on the powered-up side continuously active. To maintain the high-impedance state during power transitions, it is recommended to connect the OE pin to V_CC through a pullup resistor based on the driver's current-sinking capability
