The DS80C400 is a fast 8051-compatible microcontroller from Dallas Semiconductor. It features a 12-clock, 8-bit CPU core that can run at speeds up to 33 MHz. The DS80C400 has 256 bytes of internal RAM, 16K bytes of on-chip program memory (flash), 2K bytes of XRAM, and 512 bytes of special function registers. It also includes a hardware multiplication and division unit for efficient mathematical operations.The DS80C400 supports a wide range of communication interfaces, including two UARTs, two SPI interfaces, and two I2C interfaces. It also features a programmable counter array with up to 45 independent 16-bit timers/counters for flexible timing control. In addition, the DS80C400 has a watchdog timer and power management features to help reduce power consumption.The DS80C400 is well-suited for a variety of applications, including industrial control, automotive systems, consumer electronics, and more. It has a wide operating voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V and is available in both commercial and industrial temperature ranges. The DS80C400 is supported by a robust development ecosystem, including a comprehensive set of development tools and software libraries
