Featuring two internal oscillators, a switching BJT, and a high voltage EL lamp driver, this device offers flexibility and control. The frequency of the switching BJT is determined by an external resistor connected to the RSW-Osc pin, while the EL lamp driver frequency is set by a resistor connected to the REL-Osc pin
