HV860K7-G Allgemeine Beschreibung

Designed with precision and innovation, the HV860K7-G incorporates two internal oscillators, a high voltage EL lamp driver H-bridge, and a switching MOSFET to deliver consistent and reliable performance. The frequency of the switching MOSFET is determined by an external resistor connected to the RSW-Osc pin, while the EL lamp driver frequency is set by another external resistor connected to the REL-Osc pin. Moreover, an external inductor connected between the LX and VDD pins ensures smooth power distribution, while a 3.0nF capacitor at CS maintains stability in the voltage output. By utilizing the H-bridge configuration at outputs VA and VB, the device achieves a balanced ±110V output across the EL lamp, ensuring optimal brightness and efficiency
