IXDD604SIATR is a high-performance dual low side driver with two non-inverting outputs. Its fast rise time of 16ns and fall time of 14ns ensure precise control over connected loads. This driver is capable of delivering a maximum output current of 4A and can operate within a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 35V. With an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, it is suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The driver comes in a compact SOIC package with 8 pins for easy mounting on a PCB. It is designed for surface mount applications and is packaged in tape & reel for convenient handling.
