In traditional switch-mode applications, the concurrent high drain voltages and currents can push conventional Power MOSFETs to their limits, leading to potential failures. However, the LinearL2™ Power MOSFETs from Littelfuse are engineered to address these challenges. By suppressing electro-thermal instability, these devices expand their FBSOAs, creating larger operating windows for enhanced reliability. With guaranteed FBSOAs at 75°C, these Power MOSFETs offer a robust solution for applications that require exceptional performance under extreme conditions
