JN5169/001K Allgemeine Beschreibung
NXP Semiconductors' JN5169/001K is a wireless microcontroller that combines low-power operation with high performance. Based on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor core, it operates in the 2.4GHz frequency band, allowing for compatibility with Zigbee, Thread, and other IEEE 802.15.4-based wireless communication protocols. This microcontroller is equipped with 512KB of flash memory, 32KB of RAM, and a variety of peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, and GPIOs. Its low power consumption, wide operating voltage range, and small form factor make it suitable for applications requiring energy efficiency and compact designs. Moreover, the JN5169/001K features on-chip security measures including encryption and secure booting to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data transmission.
