LM61BIM3 Allgemeine Beschreibung

The LM61BIM3 is a precision temperature sensor that operates with high accuracy over a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C while utilizing only a single 2.7-V supply. Its output voltage, which is linearly proportional to temperature with a 10 mV/°C gradient and a 600 mV DC offset, enables accurate temperature readings without the need for a negative supply. The sensor is factory calibrated to provide precise temperature measurements with an accuracy of ±2°C at room temperature and ±3°C over the entire -25°C to 85°C temperature range. With a low quiescent current of less than 125 µA, the LM61 ensures minimal self-heating of just 0.2°C in still air, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring precise temperature monitoring
