Its compact 8-lead plastic DIP package makes it easy to integrate into various applications where monitoring AC line voltage is crucial. By using two back-to-back GaAs LED diodes and a high gain detector circuit, the MID400 ensures reliable performance by driving the output gate to a logic low condition when necessary
