The TS3DDR3812RUAR is a cutting-edge 12-channel switch tailored for use in DDR3 applications, offering exceptional performance within a 3 to 3.6 V operating range. Featuring low ON-state resistance and minimal I/O capacitance, this switch delivers a remarkable bandwidth of 1.675 GHz. Divided into two sets of six bits, the channels can be independently controlled via digital inputs SEL1 and SEL2, allowing for seamless routing of signals to different endpoints. Alternatively, by connecting SEL1 and SEL2 externally, the switch can effortlessly handle 12-bit DDR3 sources with just one GPIO input. Moreover, the EN input facilitates a high-impedance state when the chip is not in operation, enhancing power efficiency.
