The IR21363S is a high-performance three phase gate driver IC designed for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs with a voltage rating of 600 V. It features a typical source current of 0.2 A and sink current of 0.35 A, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With an UVLO of 11.1 V/10.9 V, a fast propagation delay of 400 ns/380 ns, and a positive going threshold of 0.46 VITRIP, this driver offers precise and reliable control over the power electronics
