NOIP1SN0500A-QTI Allgemeine Beschreibung

The PYTHON 500, a state-of-the-art 1/3.6 inch SVGA CMOS image sensor, features a pixel array of 800 by 600 pixels. Its high sensitivity 4.8 µm x 4.8 µm pixels support low noise "pipelined" and "triggered" global shutter readout modes, while the use of correlated double sampling (CDS) in global shutter mode reduces noise and increases dynamic range. On-chip programmable gain amplifiers and 10-bit A/D converters enable reconfigurable integration time and gain parameters without any visible image artifact, and an on-chip automatic exposure control loop (AEC) dynamically controls these parameters to maintain optimal image quality. The sensor's high level of programmability via a four-wire serial peripheral interface allows for reading out specific regions of interest, with the potential to program up to 8 regions for increased frame rates. Utilizing 4 LVDS lanes, each running at 720 Mbps, in Zero ROT mode, the sensor can achieve frame rates of up to 545 frames per second. Packaged in a 48-pin LCC package, the PYTHON 500 is available in monochrome, color, and enhanced NIR versions, with or without protective tape
